Q: Can I buy your products in the U.S.A.?

At this time, we only sell our products through our retailers in Canada. However, our online retailers may ship to the U.S.A.

Q: Can I buy your products directly from the factory?

Unfortunately, no. But we are very widely distributed across Canada. Find us at your local natural food store, farm market, specialty food shop, grocery store, or online retailer.

Q: How do you roast your nuts and seeds?

All our nuts and seeds are dry-roasted. We never use oil for roasting.

Q: What does your "May contain: Peanuts, Other tree nuts, Sesame seeds" statement mean?

This is a declaration on our labels that alerts consumers of the possible presence of allergens in our products. Since all our products are manufactured in the same facility, there is a risk of cross-contamination. We strongly recommend that any consumer with an allergy to peanuts, tree nuts, or sesame seeds avoid consuming our nut and seed butter products.

Q: Are your products non-GMO?

Q: Are your products kosher?

Yes. We are certified by the Kashruth Council of Canada.

Q: Are your products gluten free?

Yes. We do not use any ingredients with gluten in our facility. Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Gluten Free Claims

Q: What does “certified organic” mean?

“Certified organic” refers to a system of agriculture standardized and certified by a third party organization under the supervision of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) . Our organic products are certified by Centre for Systems Integration (CSI).

Q: Why is there oil on top of the product?

Nuts and seeds contain 44–60% oil depending on the variety. Because we don’t stabilize our product with hydrogenated or tropical fat, the naturally occurring oil will separate and rise to the top in a warm environment. Just stir the oil back in and enjoy!

Q: How long can I store your products for?

We recommend you keep to the Best Before date printed on our jar.
