Cherry Almond Gelato Smoothie

This smoothie is filled with healthy fats and tastes like gelato! Add crunchy toppings for a satisfying breakfast or dessert.


Yield: 1 Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen cherries

  • ⅔ cup canned coconut milk (or milk of choice)

  • 2 Tbsp Nuts to You Almond Butter Smooth

  • ¼ tsp almond extract

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • Your favourite toppings (we’re using roasted almonds and granola)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender on high speed. Add more milk if needed. Purée until smooth and well blended, about 30 seconds.

  2. Pour into a bowl, add toppings and serve immediately.
