Mango Lassi Smoothie Bowl

Our take on this popular South Asian drink offers a richer consistency thanks to our creamy nut butter. Perfect for a hot sunny day!


Yield: 1 Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • ½ cup unsweetened yogurt of choice

  • 1–2 Tbsp Nuts to You nut butter (Rainforest and Macadamia Cashew work well)

  • 1 tsp of honey, optional 

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Milk of choice, as needed

  • Mint and coconut flakes, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine mango, yogurt, nut butter, honey and lime juice in a high powered blender until fully smooth, scraping down the sides to help the blending process. Add milk if needed to thin out the mixture so it blends more easily.

  2. Pour the lassi into a bowl. Garnish with fresh mint and coconut, if desired.

  3. Serve immediately.
