Rainforest Berry Smoothie

Rainforest Butter makes this simple smoothie taste creamy and rich. Provides a great source of protein and essential fat.
Yield: 1
INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries, blueberries or other fruit
1 ripe banana, cut into pieces
2 Tbsp Nuts to You Rainforest Butter or more to taste (can be replaced with any Nuts to You nut or seed butter)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Purée until smooth and well blended, about 30 seconds.
Pour and serve!
