Rainforest Berry Smoothie

Rainforest Butter makes this simple smoothie taste creamy and rich. Provides a great source of protein and essential fat.


Yield: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries, blueberries or other fruit

  • 1 ripe banana, cut into pieces

  • 2 Tbsp Nuts to You Rainforest Butter or more to taste (can be replaced with any Nuts to You nut or seed butter)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Purée until smooth and well blended, about 30 seconds.

  3. Pour and serve!
