Nutty Caramel Date Dip

Delicious, and easy to make! Use as a dip for fruit, a topping for oatmeal, yogurt or toast, or a flavour booster in smoothies and shakes.
Yield: 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Medjool dates (approximately 8-10 whole large dates)
⅓ cup Nuts to You Almond Butter
¼ cup boiled water
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice dates in half and remove pits.
Melt coconut oil if solid.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth, about 2 minutes.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
