Cherry Almond Gelato Smoothie


This smoothie is filled with healthy fats and tastes like gelato! Add crunchy toppings for a satisfying breakfast or dessert.
Yield: 1 Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen cherries
- ⅔ cup canned coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 Tbsp Nuts to You Almond Butter Smooth
- ¼ tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Your favourite toppings (we’re using roasted almonds and granola)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine ingredients in a blender on high speed. Add more milk if needed. Purée until smooth and well blended, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into a bowl, add toppings and serve immediately.
