Chocolate PB Smoothie Bowl

An awesome ice cream replacement, this easy recipe whips up in the blender in minutes, providing a satisfying sweetness without added sugar.
Yield: 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large frozen bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 3 Tbsp Nuts to You Peanut Butter Smooth
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- Pinch sea salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: chia, flax or hemp seeds, fresh fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine frozen banana and milk in a blender on high speed until smooth. If more milk is needed, add as little as possible to ensure a thick, “soft-serve” consistency.
- Add Peanut Butter, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla. Blend until fully combined.
- Pour into two bowls and garnish with your favourite toppings.
- Serve immediately.
