Coconut Cream Pie Overnight Oats


Do yourself a favour, assemble these ingredients and wake up to a cool and creamy breakfast treat that tastes like this classic dessert!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp Nuts to You Rainforest Butter
- ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk (in the carton for drinking, not canned)
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar, or sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp shredded toasted coconut
- ¼ cup coconut yogurt, or yogurt of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine Rainforest Butter, coconut milk and sugar in a jar or bowl, and whisk until well combined.
- Stir in oats, chia seeds and most of the toasted coconut (leave some for garnish).
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- To serve, top with yogurt and remaining toasted coconut.
