Coffee Tahini Date Shake

Your morning brew and smoothie in one delicious, nutritious drink.

Yield: 1 Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup brewed Crank Coffee Co. coffee, cooled
  • 1 large frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp Nuts to You Tahini
  • 3 Medjool dates, torn into pieces (if too hard to tear, soak briefly in boiling water)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
