Mango Lassi Smoothie Bowl


Our take on this popular South Asian drink offers a richer consistency thanks to our creamy nut butter. Perfect for a hot sunny day!
Yield: 1 Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ½ cup unsweetened yogurt of choice
- 1–2 Tbsp Nuts to You nut butter (Rainforest and Macadamia Cashew work well)
- 1 tsp of honey, optional
- Juice of ½ lime
- Milk of choice, as needed
- Mint and coconut flakes, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine mango, yogurt, nut butter, honey and lime juice in a high powered blender until fully smooth, scraping down the sides to help the blending process. Add milk if needed to thin out the mixture so it blends more easily.
- Pour the lassi into a bowl. Garnish with fresh mint and coconut, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
