Nutty Caramel Date Dip

Delicious, and easy to make! Use as a dip for fruit, a topping for oatmeal, yogurt or toast, or a flavour booster in smoothies and shakes.
Yield: 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Medjool dates (approximately 8-10 whole large dates)
- ⅓ cup Nuts to You Almond Butter
- ¼ cup boiled water
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice dates in half and remove pits.
- Melt coconut oil if solid.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
