Our Brazil nuts are grown in Peru and Bolivia. Brazil nuts grow on the tallest trees in the Rainforest, and 100% of these nuts are hand-harvested. Brazil nuts contain high amounts of selenium and are a rich source of protein, fibre and essential fat.
