Cashews have an exotic, rich and sweet flavour with a smooth and creamy texture. Our cashews are grown in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Vietnam and Brazil, and we source organic cashews from Brazil and Ivory Coast. 20% of Brazilian cashews are harvested from the Rainforest and are a renewable resource. Cashews have a lower fat content than most nuts, and are a good source of protein, fibre, iron and essential fat.
