Coconut Cream Pie Overnight Oats
Do yourself a favour, assemble these ingredients and wake up to a cool and creamy breakfast treat that tastes like this classic dessert!

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp Nuts to You Rainforest Butter
¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk (in the carton for drinking, not canned)
1 Tbsp coconut sugar, or sweetener of choice (optional)
1/3 cup oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp shredded toasted coconut
¼ cup coconut yogurt, or yogurt of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine Rainforest Butter, coconut milk and sugar in a jar or bowl, and whisk until well combined.
Stir in oats, chia seeds and most of the toasted coconut (leave some for garnish).
Place in the fridge overnight.
To serve, top with yogurt and remaining toasted coconut.
