Seedy Swirl Chocolate Bark

This healthy treat is a joy to make and can be adapted to suit whatever you have in your pantry for your toppings!
Yield: 12-15 pieces
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup Nuts to You seed butter (we’re using Pumpkin Seed Butter)
- 4 Tbsp coconut oil, divided in half
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- ½ cup mixed seeds of choice, roasted
- Flaky salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a double boiler, melt Pumpkin Seed Butter, 2 Tbsp of coconut oil and maple syrup. Pour the mixture into another bowl and set aside.
- In the double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and the remaining 2 Tbsp of coconut oil.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper in an even layer; you can tap the tray on the counter to help level out the chocolate.
- Pour the seed butter mixture on the chocolate, making lines with it across the chocolate. Using the back of a utensil, swirl the mixtures together by dragging it through the lines to incorporate them.
- Sprinkle the mixed seeds and flaky salt over top, and chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or until fully hardened.
- Once hard, break the bark into pieces. Enjoy directly out of the freezer for the best texture.
