White Chocolate Cookie Dough Bites


Whip up these tasty no-bake balls packed with fibre, protein, healthy fats and other nutrients. Perfect for a quick snack or afternoon treat.
Yield: 16 cookie dough bites
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ⅓ cup Nuts to You Macadamia Butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1¼ cup oat flour
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small pot, melt maple syrup, Macadamia Butter and coconut oil or butter on medium heat. Whisk often until fully melted and well combined, then add vanilla.
- Add salt and oat flour, mixing well.
- Let sit for 30 minutes to cool down, then add the chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into 16 small balls; each ball will be 1 Tbsp of dough. For the best texture, let the balls sit in the fridge for 1 hour before enjoying.
- The cookie dough bites can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
