Coffee Tahini Date Shake
Your morning brew and smoothie in one delicious, nutritious drink.
Yield: 1 Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
½ cup milk of choice
½ cup brewed Crank Coffee Co. coffee, cooled
1 large frozen banana, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp Nuts to You Tahini
3 Medjool dates, torn into pieces (if too hard to tear, soak briefly in boiling water)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth.
Serve immediately.
