Chocolate and hazelnut pair beautifully in this satisfying and nutritious hot drink.

Yield: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1–2 Tbsp Nuts To You Hazelnut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Pinch sea salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small pot, combine Hazelnut Butter, cocoa powder, salt and honey with 1 Tbsp milk. Whisk together to make a smooth paste with no lumps.
  2. Continue to whisk while slowly adding remaining milk until well incorporated and no lumps of the cocoa paste remain.
  3. Place pot on medium heat, whisking regularly until cocoa is steaming and hot.
  4. Serve immediately with marshmallows or whipped cream.
